Ever since RERA came into existence from May 1, 2017 there has been a lot of confusion amongst all the stake holder on how to exercise it in all aspects of real estate transaction. Since the entire compliance regime for companies in the real estate sector is all set to change, this event today at Taj Mahal hotel, was organized to help the stakeholders to know about the change and adapt to the new regime seamlessly.

Speaking at the occasion here today Mr. Raheja who was sharing the Dias with other dignitaries pointed out that consumers must get a platform where they are given periodical updates about their projects and it's development and all his queries are replied to his satisfaction. He also stressed upon the fact that the projects get delayed because of multiple regulation and in order to smoothly finish projects on time single window clearance is imperative.
